Details in the privacy policyFertiQ brings your team's customer communication together. Learning AI agents take on your tone, adapt to each customer, and reply only the way you decide.
Planned for iOS and Android. Join and hear about the release first.
For teams
FertiQ is built for small companies and teams whose requests do not arrive in a single inbox.
Messenger, email, team chats and other contact points create parallel threads. FertiQ keeps the context in one overview.
Many questions are similar, but every reply should sound like your company. Agents suggest wording in your tone.
What fits one customer is wrong for the next. Agents take the history with that person into account.
Value
Three jobs FertiQ takes on in day-to-day customer communication.
Overview
Channels, open items, summaries and tasks sit together instead of being spread across inboxes.
Adaptation
Your own replies and corrected drafts become feedback. The next draft moves closer to your tone and to that customer.
Control
You write yourself, review a draft, or allow an automatic reply. A block list excludes individual contacts.
Learning
FertiQ does not learn from a one-off prompt. It learns from the way you actually talk to customers.
Customer
Draft
I will gladly send you the documents.
Still missing your deadline.
Write to the customer yourself, or improve a suggested draft before it is sent.
Your edit
The quote goes out today and is valid for 14 days.
You add the send date and deadline.
Your wording, your edit and the conversation are used as an example for later replies.
Next suggestion
Gladly — the quote arrives today and is valid for 14 days.
Takes on the timing and the deadline.
Tone, wording and the way you treat this customer flow into the next suggestions. Approval stays with you.
How it works
First you connect the channels your team uses. After that, every correction makes the help a closer fit.
Connect WhatsApp, email, SMS, web, Microsoft Teams, Slack and other channels your customers write on.
Add instructions, knowledge and rules. Decide how the agent may speak to customers and which tasks it may prepare.
Write yourself or review a draft. Every edit shows the agent what is right in this conversation.
Later suggestions follow your tone and the individual customer, across the connected channels.
Features
The features support the learning loop: understand first, then prepare, then act with your approval.
Incoming conversations from the connected channels appear in one place, with status and open context.
Topic, request, status and tone of a thread are summarised before you reply.
Long threads can be condensed to the current state, including a summary for the team.
Files and reference material give the agent a basis so replies match your services.
Agents can prepare next steps and use connected tools such as calendar, files or documents.
Separate workspaces keep brands, locations or teams apart without changing how you work.
Channels and skills
Connect the channels your customers write on, and give your agents the tools your team works with.
Control
Learning changes the suggestions. It does not replace your decision about whether a reply may go out.
Write yourself, review a draft before sending, or reply automatically. The mode applies to that conversation.
Data cached on the device is encrypted. Message content is not included in product telemetry.

FertiQ brings a team's customer communication together and supports it with AI agents. The agents learn from real replies and corrections, while you decide what gets sent.
For small companies and teams that handle requests across several digital channels and want a consistent way of dealing with their customers.
You connect WhatsApp, email, SMS, web, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and LinkedIn. Agents also use tools such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, DocuSign, Outlook, Dropbox, Zoom, HubSpot and Shopify.
When you write to a customer yourself or improve a suggestion, FertiQ uses that as feedback. Tone, wording and the way you treat that person go into later suggestions.
No. For each conversation you decide whether you write yourself, review a draft, or allow an automatic reply. Corrections improve the suggestions. They do not bypass the approval you chose.
