Controller

The controller's full name and address will be added before the public launch. Until then you can reach us at support@fertiq.app.

Waitlist data

When you join, we process your email address, your consent and when you gave it, the signup source (landing-page), the language of the page (de, en or pt) and when you confirmed.

To prevent abuse, we limit the number of signups per IP address. For this we store only a hash of the address and delete it no later than one hour after the counting period ends.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to inform you about the release and the start of FertiQ. The legal basis is your consent. Without the checkbox, the form is not sent.

After sending the form you receive an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in). You are only on the waitlist once you open it and confirm. This way we make sure the signup came from you.

Storage period

We delete unconfirmed signups automatically after 7 days. Confirmed details stay stored until you withdraw consent or the purpose of the notice has ended.

Recipients

The signup is sent to our waitlist server and stored in a database there. We send the confirmation email through an email service provider. The operators of the server and the email delivery, and any third country, will be named before launch. Signups are not sent to advertisers or data brokers.

Visiting the website, fonts and local storage

When you visit the website, our server processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and browser details in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We load fonts from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font services.

In your browser's storage (localStorage) we only keep the language you picked and your decision on ad measurement. This is required for the function you asked for (Section 25(2) TDDDG).

Google Ads conversion tracking

Only if you choose “Accept” in the notice on ad measurement do we load Google Ads conversion tracking from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It detects whether a visit from a Google ad led to a waitlist signup and sets cookies for this. We do not send your email address to Google.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use personalised advertising (remarketing) or web analytics.

You can withdraw your consent for the future at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Without consent, no connection to Google is made.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion and restriction, and you can withdraw consent for the future. The unsubscribe link in our emails deletes your details immediately; alternatively, write to support@fertiq.app. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Product, learning and telemetry

In the app, your messages and corrections are used as feedback for later reply suggestions. Data cached on the device is encrypted; conversations are also synced with the server. Message content is not part of product telemetry.

The provider of the AI processing, storage locations and deletion of learned adjustments will be added to this notice before the app is published.
